Lisowski pulled off a stunning comeback to beat five-time champion John Higgins on Saturday. The 34-year-old came from 3-1 behind to beat the Scot 6-5 in Llandudno.
He will face Hawkins, who survived a Wu Yize charge to win 6-4 in his semi-final. The Englishman is looking to win a fifth ranking title.
