Materials:

  • curd
  • Cooked rice
  • Green chillies
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • salt
  • came
  • Mustard
  • curry leaves
  • Dry red chillies
  • Urad Dal
  • milk

Action:

  • To make curd rice, first of all, cool the cooked rice. Then take curd in a big bowl and add salt to taste.
  • Then add milk and mix it. Then add cooked rice to it and mix well.

  • Heat ghee or oil in a frying pan. Add mustard seeds, uddy dal, dry red chillies and curry leaves to the hot ghee and saute the pods properly.
  • Pour the prepared batter into curd and mix. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and finely chopped coriander and serve.
