Who will get the ticket for the India-England final if the match is cancelled?

In case of cancellation of the match for the second semi-final to be played between India and England, the rules will remain the same. If the second semi-final is cancelled, then England will reach the final, which had topped Group B of Super-8. Whereas Team India stood second in Group B.
