Features of iPhone 17e

Apple has recently launched its new iPhone 17e in the global market including India. This smartphone is designed with the aim of delivering a higher performance, so that users can get a flagship experience even in limited budget. The A19 chipset present in it makes it special. The device comes with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, which offers up to 1,200 nits of brightness even in bright sunlight. To protect its display, Ceramic Shield 2 has been used in it and it comes with IP68 rating, which ensures protection from dust and water.

Main Features

iPhone 17e has Apple’s latest iOS 26 operating system. Its powerful A19 chip is based on 3nm technology, which includes 6-core CPU, 4-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine. This chipset has been specially optimized for generative AI models. Additionally, it features the new C1X cellular modem, which delivers approximately 2x faster performance than the previous generation C1 modem.

The 48MP single rear camera of iPhone 17e is based on Fusion technology. It offers optical-quality 2x telephoto zoom, giving users a 2-in-1 camera experience. Additionally, it includes features like 24MP default photo capture, Night Mode, next-gen Portrait Mode with adjustable focus, Smart HDR, and 4K Dolby Vision video recording at up to 60fps.

Charging and connectivity

The iPhone 17e includes a number of features for charging and connectivity. It supports fast wired charging via USB-C, which can charge the phone up to 50% in about 30 minutes. Along with this, MagSafe and Qi2 support is also available in wireless charging, which provides charging capacity of up to 15W.

How much is the price?

The base 256GB variant of iPhone 17e is available in the Indian market for Rs 64,900, while the 512GB model is priced at Rs 84,900. This smartphone is available in three attractive colors—Pink, Black and White.
