Ex-footballer Jamie Redknapphas opened up on his personal life as he admitted there are "ups and downs". Jamie and ex-wife Louise were one of the most glamorous couples of the 1990s and shared two sons together - Charley, 21, and Beau, 17.
But they called time on their marriage in 2017 and football pundit Jamie has since gone to remarry with Swedish model Frida Andersson. The couple now have a son of their own, Raphael.
Speaking to the i about his personal situation, Jamie admitted: “Being a dad again has its challenges but there is nothing better.

“I am settled, which is a fortunate position. I’ve met an incredible person in Frida and we’ve got a beautiful little boy."
Jamie is one of the most well-known faces in the world of football coverage. The 52-year-old former Liverpool and Tottenham player has had a successful post-playing career as a pundit.
He made 308 appearance for Liverpool and won several trophies with the club in the 1990s and early 2000s.
As his broadcasting career has evolved, he has taken a little more time to reflect on glittering time he has spent commenting on the football world.
Going onto compare his personal situation to his beloved football, Jamie added: “Like football, there are ups and downs, but the good days are so worth it.”
This isn’t the first time Harry has issued an update on his personal life. Speaking on Romesh Ranganathan's podcast last year in October, the footballer admitted he had been sober for 18 months.
He said that a hangover after his 50th birthday was what prompted him to make the major change. He said: “I never had a bad relationship with alcohol. I've always suffered terrible hangovers, so that tells you alcohol doesn't agree with me.
"I remember walking home, and I thought: 'That's it, I'm gonna stop drinking'. That feeling of not memorising anything that happened was just horrendous for me.”
As to how he felt about the decision over 18 months on, he said: “I don't necessarily feel that much better for it, but I just feel pleased that I've done it.”
Away from lifestyle changes, Jamie has also been commenting on his former club Tottenhamand their chances of staying in the Premier League following their loss to rivals Arsenallast month.
Speaking to Sky Sports he warned that Tottenham could be relegated if they don’t improve their form: “[Arsenal] were so much better than Tottenham, it's like two different leagues ... if Tottenham aren't careful they might be in a different league next season.
“They can't keep performing like this. They've not had a win in 2026. But Arsenal were fantastic, it was a brilliant performance by them, they were just too good.”
