Middle East War : After the assassination of Supreme Leader Khamenei, Iran has intensified its attacks. Its forces are attacking America and Israel as well as their ally Gulf countries. In this, organizations like Iraqi militia and Hezbollah also stand with Iran. Meanwhile, Britain, France and Germany have said they are ready to work with the US and partners to help deter Iran’s retaliatory attacks.

According to news agency AP, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said in a joint statement that they were “appalled” by Iran’s “reckless” attacks on their comrades, which put their service members and civilians in the region at risk. “We will take steps to protect our interests and those of our allies in the region, perhaps by taking appropriate defensive action as necessary to destroy Iran’s ability to fire missiles and drones at their source. We have agreed to work closely with the US and allies in the region on this matter,” the statement said.
Amid fighting in the Middle East, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said, “The US has sought permission to use British bases for a specific and limited defensive purpose, and we have agreed to prevent Iran from firing missiles across the region.”
