is breaking the internet with another one of her explosive allegations. The former 2NE1 member took to Instagram with a handwritten statement, making highly controversial claims that she was falsely branded a drug abuser to cover up alleged issues involving her former bandmate Sandara Park.
On March 3, 2025, Park Bom shared a lengthy and emotional letter addressing the 2010 Adderall controversy that significantly impacted her career. At the time, Bom was accused of illegally importing Adderall into South Korea. The medication is classified as a psychotropic substance in the country. However, Bom has consistently maintained that she was prescribed the drug overseas to treat Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
Park Bom's serious allegations against Sandara Park
In her recent statement, Bom admitted she was hesitant to reopen the matter, fearing it could damage her reputation all over again. She described the period during the scandal as one of extreme emotional distress, saying she felt like she was "dying" at the time. Despite her fear, she said she felt compelled to finally speak what she believes is the truth.
In a shocking claim, Bom alleged that the scandal surrounding her medication was used as a cover to shield fellow 2NE1 member Sandara Park from alleged drug-related issues. She stated that her prescribed medication was intentionally framed as a "drug scandal," effectively turning her into a scapegoat. Bom further claimed that there was no clear legal framework regarding Adderall in South Korea at the time of her case, and suggested that laws were implemented after her controversy. She urged the public to investigate the facts carefully and not accept past narratives at face value.
The singer also directly mentioned key figures from her former agency, including Yang Hyun Suk and producer Teddy Park, along with fellow 2NE1 member CL (Lee Chaerin). She appealed to them not to report claims that she had taken more than her prescribed dosage, asserting that such accusations were untrue.

Sandara Park responds
Meanwhile, Sandara Park's camp has strongly denied Bom's allegations. A source close to Sandara told Korean media that the claims are "groundless". A source close to the idol told Xports News that the drug allegation is false. The portal quoted a source as saying, "It is groundless. Sandara Park is worried about Park Bom's current health." Abyss Company, Sandara's former agency, stated that her exclusive contract has expired and declined to provide further clarification on the matter. Interestingly, the two were assumed to be very close and Sandara Park and Park Bom were dubbed as the 'Park Sisters' while in 2NE1.
