Daniel Farke may reconsider and accept the red card he was shown following Leeds United's home loss to Manchester City.
Farke was sent off after the final whistle at Elland Road as he approached referee Peter Bankes. The FA have yet to contact him about the dismissal, which could result in a one match ban.
However, Farke might choose to accept the penalty - as he would prefer to serve it when Leeds host his former team Norwich in the FA Cup this weekend.
This would allow Farke to return to the technical area for when Leeds visit Crystal Palace on March 15. Farke has been contemplating asking the FA to review 'ref cam' footage in an attempt to have a ban overturned.

Farke alleges that the card was shown before he had even spoken a word to the officials. Farke has discussed with club officials what transpired - and believes footage from the camera Bankes was wearing on his ear for the match would demonstrate he did nothing wrong.
The club believe there is a high likelihood that video footage will show Farke has no case to answer. It's understood that Farke will wait until the FA contact him, before deciding on his next move.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Farke said: "I jogged over. Not one bad word. No swear words or bad language. Just wanted to ask him why he didn't add any on. He didn't speak to me and just pulled out the red card.
To pull out a red card and embarrass me in front of the whole world, I wasn't happy. Even the assistants were shocked the red card was shown. This is not how we should work with each other. I have so much respect for the referees.
"I don't think this red card can stand. I have to be a role model. But if I think there is a clear an obvious mistake. It's not up to me up to decide this. If it's within the rules and if it's fair I expect we speak about it."
Asked about a possible appeal, he added: "First thing is that they have the full report for what the red card is shown. I've not been sent it and not sure what the processes are, what you have to do to appeal it. It was clear and obvious mistake and should be overturned."
In the meantime, Farke will be in the dugout for tonight's crucial home clash with Sunderland.
