Vibrancy of colors in cities and villages
Since morning, people were seen enjoying the festival by applying gulal to each other and spraying colors with water cannons. Processions were taken out with drums at many places and special prayers were organized in temples.
On the occasion of Holi, people were seen hugging and congratulating each other while distributing sweets. In the traditional style, the echo of “Don’t feel bad, it’s Holi” was heard everywhere.

People have been appealed to use safe and eco-friendly colours, so that the festival remains happy as well as safe.
