Materials:

  • Moong dal
  • Turmeric
  • salt
  • Besan
  • leave
  • Owa
  • Oil
  • green chilies
  • came
  • Mint leaves
  • tamarind
  • Onion
  • Chili flakes
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander

Action:

  • To make paniwale phulke first, take mugdal in a big bowl and soak it in water for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Make a fine paste without adding soaked mugdal, salt to taste, turmeric and water in a mixer bowl.
  • Take the finely divided paste in a bowl and add gram flour, oats, baking soda, finely chopped coriander and keep the mixture for some time.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the bhaji in desired shape with a spoon till it becomes crispy.
  • Make a fine paste by adding mint leaves, finely chopped coriander, green chillies, ginger, tamarind, salt to taste and little water in a mixer bowl.
  • Take the prepared paste and mix it by adding water as required. Add onion, chili flakes, coriander to the prepared water and mix.
  • Put the prepared vada sour in hot water and keep it for two to three minutes and then take it out immediately. While serving, put the bread in the bowl
  • Add prepared water, finely chopped coriander and serve to eat.
  • Sour Spicy Water Phulke made in easy way is ready.
