- 6 slices of bread
- 2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped peas
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chillies
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Coriander (finely chopped)

- First remove the edges of the bread and soak the bread lightly in a little water and squeeze it immediately.
- In a large bowl, add the boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, green chillies and coriander.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala and salt to it and mix everything well.
- Now add crushed bread to this mixture and mix again.
- Make small balls of the prepared mixture and shape them into cutlets.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry these cutlets on medium heat until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot bread cutlets with green chutney or tomato sauce.
- If you want the cutlets to be more crispy, mix them in semolina or breadcrumbs before frying.
- For a healthier option, these cutlets can also be made in a shallow fryer or an air fryer.
