IND vs ENG Semi-Final: The semi-final match of T20 World Cup 2026 is going to be played between India and England at Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai. In this match, England won the toss and decided to bowl first and along with this invited the Indian cricket team to bat first. Team India scored 253 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan played excellent innings for India, while Hardik Pandya, Shivam Dubey and Tilak Verma also contributed with the bat.

Sanju Samson completed his 50 runs for India in 26 balls with 7 fours and 3 sixes. India got the second blow in the form of Ishan Kishan. After scoring 39 runs in 17 balls, Ishaan was caught by Will Jacques on the ball of Adil Rashid. Ishaan hit 4 fours and 2 sixes in his innings.

Sanju Samson missed scoring a century

Shivam Dubey, who came to the crease after Ishaan, supported Sanju Samson by playing a fast innings and the team’s score crossed 150 in 12.4 overs. Will Jacques gave India the third success and sent the explosive Sanju Samson to the pavilion by getting caught by Phil Salt. Sanju played a stormy innings of 89 runs in 42 balls, hitting 8 fours and 7 sixes. For India, captain Suryakumar Yadav returned to the pavilion after scoring 11 runs in 6 balls.

Dubey, Tilak and Hardik scored important runs

India completed its 200 runs in 16.4. For India, Shivam Dubey was run out after scoring 43 runs in 25 balls with 1 four and 4 sixes. For the team, Tilak Verma played an inning of 21 runs with 3 sixes in 7 balls. Hardik Pandya scored 27 runs in 12 balls for the team. 3 fours and 2 sixes came from his bat. For England, Will Jacques and Adil Rashid took 2 wickets each and Joffra Archer took one wicket.
