FIRs have been filed at two places in Haryana, Panchkula and Jind over this song. Moreover, the process of issuing a lookout circular against the singer has been initiated.
According to Haryana Police, the process of issuing a lookout circular against singer Badshah has been initiated. A notice has also been issued to the singer to appear before the police immediately. The information explains that the Panchkula Police has removed the controversial song “Tattiri” from YouTube.
Taking a strict stance against spreading offensive content on social media and in songs, the Haryana Police has taken a major action against singer Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia alias Badshah. Efforts are underway to remove reels and short videos to the song from other music platforms, YouTube channels and personal social media handles.
The Panchkula police have filed an FIR against Badshah for the song he recently released and have initiated the process of issuing a lookout circular against him to prevent him from leaving the country. The police had earlier asked the makers of the song to remove the video. A case has been registered against Badshah under Section 296 of the Indian Penal Code and the Obscene Representation of Women (Prevention) Act.

According to the police, the video shows minor girls dressed in school uniform throwing away their school bags and running away from the study. The use of words like “Baadshala” misrepresents the school and educational environment. Moreover, the song also uses derogatory words against women and girls.

It may be noted that the Panchkula police have formed several police teams to arrest Badshah, which are continuously conducting raids at various possible locations.
