The Bihar Board Intermediate (12th) board examinations were conducted from February 2nd to February 13th, 2026, at designated examination centers across the state. Following the completion of the exams, 50% of the answer sheets have been checked, and evaluation is expected to be completed soon. Millions of students who took the exam are awaiting the results, which may be released in the third or fourth week of this month.
A list of toppers will be released along with the results. The Bihar Board will also release the list of toppers along with the results. Students who achieve state positions will be honored by the state government.
As per last year, students securing first place in the Intermediate annual examination will receive two lakh rupees, those securing second place will receive one and a half lakh rupees, and those securing third place will receive one lakh rupees. In addition, the chief guest will honor students with laptops, Kindle e-book readers, certificates, and medals. Students who rank fourth to fifth will receive ₹30,000 each, a certificate, a medal, and a laptop.

The Bihar Board will release the results online on the official website, results.biharboardonline.com. Once the results are released, students can check them by following just four steps.
Step 1: As soon as the Bihar Board Intermediate Result 2026 is released, first visit the official website.
Step 2: On the website's home page, click on the active result link.
Step 3: Enter your roll number and roll code and submit.
Step 4: The result will then open on the screen, allowing you to check it and download your marksheet.
