A shocking incident has emerged from Bengaluru, Karnataka, where a trivial kitchen argument led to a family's tragic downfall. A 27-year-old woman, identified as Kavya, took her own life over a dispute regarding the repeated serving of sambar, a South Indian dish. Kavya had been married for five years to a man named Rangaswamy, and they had a four-year-old son together.
The conflict reportedly stemmed from sambar that Kavya had prepared three days prior. It is alleged that her husband, Rangaswamy, had been serving the same sambar from the refrigerator for two consecutive days. This led to a heated argument between the couple, escalating from a minor disagreement to a serious confrontation.
Desperate Actions in Anger
Deeply affected by the argument with her husband, Kavya made a tragic decision in a fit of rage. She went to the bathroom and ingested a pesticide that had been brought in for agricultural use. The poison caused her to collapse and lose consciousness.
When Kavya did not emerge from the bathroom for an extended period, her husband grew concerned and broke down the door, only to find her unconscious inside. She was rushed to a nearby hospital, where medical staff made every effort to save her, but unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries.
Community in Mourning
This incident has left the local community in shock. No one could have anticipated that a mere argument over food could lead to such a devastating outcome. Now, a four-year-old child is left to cope with the loss of his mother. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter.
