2 tsp rose water
1 tsp aloe vera gel
34 drops Vitamin E oil (optional)

Pour rose water in a clean bowl. Add Vitamin C powder in it and mix it well. Now add aloe vera gel to it and make a smooth mixture. Lastly add a few drops of Vitamin-E oil.
