The SSC has released the schedule for the Junior Engineer (JE) Paper 2 and CHSL (SSC CHSL) Tier 2 exams. The SSC has issued a notification on the official website detailing the exam dates. According to the details provided in the notification, the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2025 (Paper-II CBE) will be held on April 7, 2026, while the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 (Tier-II) will be held on April 10, 2026, at designated exam centers across the country.
Exam City Slips and Admit Cards
For these recruitment exams, the SSC will make the exam city slips available for download 10 days before the exam date, and the admit cards will be available for download 3 to 4 days before the exam date. Please note that all candidates must download their admit cards online; hall tickets will not be sent to any candidate via post.
Exam Pattern
SSC CHSL: The SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam will consist of four sections. Questions will be asked from Mathematical Ability and Reasoning, General Intelligence, English Language and Comprehension, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and Skill Test/Typing Test.
SSC JE: Junior Engineer Paper 2 will be conducted in Computer-Based Examination (CBE) mode. The exam will have three sections. Part A will cover General Engineering (Civil and Structural), Part B will cover General Engineering (Electrical), and Part C will cover General Engineering (Mechanical).
