You can try to book a cylinder through WhatsApp. To do this, you need to contact your gas company on their WhatsApp account.

HP Gas customers can text 9222201122 followed by ‘Hi’ or ‘Book’.
Bharat Gas customers can send a message to 1800224344 followed by ‘Hi’ or ‘Book’.
How to book cylinder using missed call
You can also book a cylinder by giving a missed call to your gas company number. Don’t forget to call from your registered number.

How to book cylinder using SMS
You can also book a cylinder by sending an SMS. Inden customers can send ‘Refill’ to 7718955555. Bharat Gas customers can text ‘LPG’ to 7715012345 or 7718012345. Please note that this SMS has to be sent from your registered number.
Mobile App or Payment App
You can also book a cylinder by downloading your gas company’s app. Or you can use Umang app. Additionally, cylinder bookings can now be done using payment apps like Paytm, PhonePay and Amazon Pay.
How to complain if your cylinder is not delivered?
If your cylinder is not delivered after booking, you can file a complaint in several ways. First, you can call a toll-free number. It is worth noting that the government has issued a common toll-free number for all gas companies. You can register your complaint by calling 1800-2333-555. This service is available from 8 am to 8 pm.
You can also register a complaint by visiting your gas company’s website. Indian customers can visit cx.indianoil.in and write their complaint in the ‘Feedback’ section. HP Gas customers can opt for ‘Grievance Redressal’ option at myhpgas.in. Additionally, Bharat Gas customers can click on the ‘Feedback/Complaint’ link on my.ebharatgas.com.
You can also select your gas company and file a non-delivery complaint through the government app UMANG. You will receive a complaint reference number, which allows you to track the status of your complaint.
