By joining hands with a giant like Visa, Musk has proved that X is no longer just a social media platform but is on its way to becoming a financial powerhouse. The purpose of this new feature of Elon Musk is that users do not need to go to any other app to transfer money or make payment. If this feature is fully launched then users will be able to make peer-to-peer payments i.e. send money directly to each other on the social media platform X itself.

According to Elon Musk, a wallet tab will appear in the X app, from where users will be able to do work to their money and payments. With the arrival of the new X Money, users will be able to send money directly to other X users. You will also be able to add money to the wallet from your bank account or debit card. Wallet balance will show inside the app itself. The special thing is that in this feature, users will also get the benefit of Offers on transactions and Cashback. Spending can also be done outside the app with virtual or physical debit card. It is said that there is a possibility of getting an annual return of about 6 percent on the money kept in the wallet.
