Simple way to check LPG cylinder booking status sitting at home

How to check the status of your LPG cylinder booking online?

First of all, open the web browser in your mobile or computer and go to the official website of your gas company.
Once there, sign in to your account by entering your login details.
After login you will see the option of “Booking Status” or “Order Tracking” on the website.
Now fill the information asked on the screen like customer ID, reference number or other details and click on “Submit” button.
After this the status of gas delivery will be visible in front of you.
According to the status, you will be able to know what is the condition of your cylinder:
Pending: Your booking has been made, but the process has not started yet.
In Transit: The cylinder has been dispatched and is on the way.
Delivered: The cylinder has reached your home.
Cancelled: Your booking has been canceled for some reason.

Open Play Store or App Store on your Android or iPhone.
Search for and download your LPG company’s app.
The most popular LPG apps include IndianOil ONE, HP PAY and Hello BPCL.
After downloading the app, log in with your registered mobile number (RMN).
After logging in, go to LPG dashboard or refill history section.
Fill the required details here and click on “Submit”.
After this you will be able to easily see the booking status of your LPG cylinder.

Open WhatsApp on your Android or iPhone.
Message on the WhatsApp number of your LPG company.

To start a chat, send “Hi” to the company number.
After this you will get the option to choose your preferred language.
Then select “Order Tracking” option from the menu.
Within a few seconds you will get the complete status of your LPG cylinder booking on WhatsApp.
