Material
- Sattu – 2 spoons

Method

Bael Sharbat

Material
- Ripe Bael fruit – 1
- Water – 2 glasses
- Sugar or jaggery – 2 teaspoons
- Black salt – ½ teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Ice cubes – 3-4
Method
- First of all, break the wood apple fruit and take out its pulp.
- Now add water to the pulp and mash it well with the help of hands or spoon.
- Filter it through a sieve and separate the seeds and fibres.
- Now add sugar or jaggery, black salt and roasted cumin powder in it.
- Mix it well and pour it into a glass, add ice on top and serve chilled.
