PSSSB Punjab Junior Engineer Jobs: The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has issued Advertisement No. 7/2026 for the recruitment of Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) under Group-B services across various departments of the Government of Punjab. Eligible candidates may apply online from March 13, 2026, to April 6, 2026. For this recruitment, it is mandatory to possess a 3-year diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a higher qualification in the respective field.
Essential Qualifications for Application
Junior Engineer (Civil): Must hold a 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution; alternatively, must possess a higher educational qualification—such as a B.Tech degree—in the same subject from a recognized university or institution.
Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Must hold a 3-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution; alternatively, must possess a higher educational qualification—such as a B.Tech degree—in the same subject from a recognized university or institution.
Junior Engineer (Electrical): Must hold a 3-year diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution; alternatively, must possess a higher educational qualification—such as a B.Tech degree—in the same subject from a recognized university or institution.
Age Limit Conditions
For the General Category, the minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 37 years. For candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Backward Classes (BC) of Punjab State, the maximum age limit has been extended up to 42 years. Furthermore, for employees of the State or Central Government with prior service/experience, the age limit is extended up to 45 years. The age of all candidates will be calculated based on the closing date of the application process.

If you are applying for the first time, fill out the registration form by entering your name, mobile number, and email ID.
Upon successful registration, you will receive your login credentials (User ID and Password).
Accurately fill in all details in the online application form, including personal information, educational qualifications, diploma/degree details, work experience, etc. Upload a passport-sized photograph, signature, and other necessary certificates (diploma/degree, caste certificate, etc.).
Pay the application fee online (via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card).
Submit the form after filling in all the details correctly.
After the final submission, ensure you take a printout of the application and the fee receipt.
