This Dubai-based company will invest ₹52,600cr in Kerala

Dubai-based Solstice Data has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KINFRA to invest ₹52,600 crore in Kerala.
The investment will be used to set up an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven data center at KINFRA Industrial Park in Mattannur, Kannur district.
The project will be completed over the next five to seven years.

A look at KINFRA Industrial Park
Park details
The KINFRA Industrial Park in Mattannur spans 175 acres, with 123 acres earmarked for industrial use after infrastructure development.
The park's existing 36,000-sqft Standard Design Factory has already been fully allotted for industrial purposes. Land has also been allotted to 12 other enterprises.
The MoU with Solstice Data covers the remaining 100 acres of unallocated land, marking a major milestone in the region's industrial growth.
