A very painful and shocking incident came to light from Gurugram, Haryana on Monday. After throwing his three-year-old innocent daughter from the 23rd floor, a man himself jumped from the 23rd floor in Joyvilla, a high-rise society located in Sector-102. In this horrific incident, the father died on the spot, while the seriously injured girl died on the way to the hospital.
The man had left the house on the pretext of taking his daughter for a walk.
According to the initial information of the police, the accused person had come out of the house in the afternoon on the pretext of taking his daughter for a walk. The family members had no idea that he would go straight to the upper floor through the lift. Eyewitnesses said that suddenly a loud noise was heard, after which people nearby ran towards the spot. When people looked down, the scene there was very painful, seeing which everyone was shocked.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police and forensic team reached the spot. Both the bodies have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. The police are now scanning the footage of the CCTV cameras installed in the society so that it can be clear where the person went before the incident and what happened to him at that time.
In the initial investigation, the police is considering it as a case to suicide. According to sources, the deceased was going through mental stress or family dispute for some time. However, officials say that this has not been officially confirmed yet and the matter is being investigated from every aspect.
The deceased lived on rent
According to the information, the deceased lived with his wife and three-year-old daughter in a two-room flat on rent in Nove Tower of Joyvilla Society. It is being told that Delhi resident Rahul reached the 23rd floor of Tower-5 with his daughter on Monday and first threw the girl down from there. Immediately after this he himself jumped.
After the incident, there is an atmosphere of fear and shock among the people living in the society. This accident has also raised concerns about serious issues like safety and mental health of families living in high-rise buildings. At present the police have not found any suicide note from the spot. Officials are investigating the matter thoroughly and it is expected that the real reason behind the incident will be revealed soon.
