Admissions for Class 1 in Kendriya Vidyalayas are conducted entirely online, and the selection of candidates is done through a lottery system. Importantly, there are no written tests or interviews required for admission to Class 1.

Eligibility Criteria for KVS Class 1 Admission

  • Age Relaxation: Differently-abled children may receive a maximum age relaxation of two years.
