Pakistani television actor Alizeh Shah has strongly denied rumours about undergoing plastic surgery. She said recent changes in her appearance are due to weight loss, not cosmetic procedures.

The controversy began after a social media page shared a comparison video. The video showed her older and recent pictures, suggesting she had surgery. The clip quickly gained attention online and sparked debate among fans.

Responding to the claims, Alizeh Shah took to Instagram. She expressed disappointment over the accusations. She said people were spreading false claims just to gain views.

The actor clearly stated that she has never undergone any cosmetic surgery. She said she has repeatedly denied such rumours in the past as well.

Alizeh explained that her physical transformation is the result of significant weight loss. She revealed that she lost around 20 kilograms in a short period. According to her, this happened during a difficult phase of her life when she was dealing with depression.

She also urged people not to make baseless accusations. She said such claims can hurt individuals and spread negativity.

Alizeh Shah rose to fame at a young age. She became popular through hit dramas like Ehd-e-Wafa, Ishq Tamasha, and Dil Moum Ka Dia. She continues to work in television projects and is currently busy with upcoming dramas and Eid telefilms.

She currently commands over 4 million followers and is busy filming upcoming drama projects and Eid telefilms.

In a heartfelt Instagram note shared on February 19, 2026, the actress reflected on her struggles over the past year. She described feeling lost, emotionally distant, and spiritually disconnected. She admitted that there were moments when darkness felt heavier than her faith.

However, with the arrival of Ramazan, Alizeh said she has decided to return to her faith and soften her heart. She wrote that she is forgiving everyone who hurt her in the past — not because they deserve it, but because her own soul deserves peace.
