Indore EV Car Fire Accident: 8 lives were lost in a few seconds in a fire that broke out in a house due to short circuit during Indore EV car charging. The scene of the accident was so horrific that people did not get a chance to get out.
A massive fire broke out in a three-storey house due to short circuit during electric car charging in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. 8 people died and 4 were injured in this fire. City businessman Manoj Puglia and 7 members of his family are among those who died in the accident. It is being told that this fire became so serious because a dozen gas cylinders kept in the house got caught in it and after this many cylinders exploded one after the other, the fire further flared up due to the huge explosion. Within no time, the entire three-storey house burnt down and turned into a pile of ashes.
Everyone could have survived even after the Indore fire.
It is being told that due to short circuit during charging of the electric car, all the lights in the house went off. The businessman had installed safety divide i.e. digital locks in the house for security purposes. But due to power failure, this #SafetyDevice got locked and everyone was stuck inside the house. Convenience like EV car… electronic safety devices… has become the reason for loss of life… If there were normal locks then the family could have opened them and come out.
See how horrifying that scene was in the video.

8 members of a family died due to these two reasons - no EV charging
1. This car fire incident in Indore is a warning to many people. Especially those people who leave their electric cars or bikes-scooties charging overnight. This leads to over charging and there is a possibility of such accidents occurring due to short circuit.
2. The second major reason for this fire in Indore is LPG gas cylinder... Be careful not to keep so many filled cylinders in the house. It is okay to store one or two cylinders. But keeping 12 to 15 cylinders means inviting danger. If businessman Manoj Puglia had not kept so many cylinders, such a big accident would not have happened. Because the fire took a huge form only after the gas explosion.
3. The third reason for the Indore fire accident is the electronic safety device… If this digital device was not there in the house, perhaps everyone would have been able to come out from inside. But due to the device being locked, the entire family got trapped inside the house and burnt to death. Therefore, if you install such a device, then keep some other entry in the house as normal, which can be useful in emergency.
