Piers Morgan addressed the latest bombshell about the Sussexes after a new lengthy feature examining their Netflix deal says the union between the two parties has been "far from a fairy tale". In a series of shock claims, Variety magazine says the couple's "bedside manner has ruffled feathers in meetings" while the "lacklustre" ratings for shows such as With Love, Meghan have led to serious doubts at the streamer.

Piers could not resist taking aim at the Sussexes as he retweeted the magazine's post, which read: "After five and a half tumultuous years at Netflix, are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the outs in the streaming kingdom? Insiders say that Meghan Markle has long conveyed that Hollywood is her domain."

Their front cover read: "Meghan and Harry's Netflix falling out - Why the royal couple is struggling in Hollywood?" The Uncensored presenter, 60, claimed the article had "demolished" the Sussexes in a brutal takedown.

In view of his 8.7million followers, Piers penned: "Wow... this is a brutal (and often hilarious) demolition of the Sussex grifters, by the Hollywood bible."

Variety also makes several explosive claims about Meghan's style and approach to business deals.

"The Sussexes perceived pattern of selling repackaged versions of the same story about their exit from royal life has exhausted Netflix," the magazine says.

The article goes on to claim: "Their partnership may continue to taper off, and with it will Meghan and Harry's remaining showbusiness lifeline," before quoting a source saying, "The mood in the building is 'We're done.'"

However, claims that the streamer's chief Ted Sarandos is "fed up with the pair", has been strongly denied by both Netflix and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Netflix states this is "absolutely inaccurate" while lawyer Michael J Kump, acting for the Sussexes, described it in a letter to Variety as "blatantly false" and claimed that Meghan speaks and texts regularly with Mr Sarandos - as well as having "been to his home, sans lawyers".
