Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell has given birth to a beautiful baby boy. The Aussie star's partner, Joe Sugg, shared some adorable snaps of the newborn and his proud parents as he revealed that they have given him an adorable name.

Posting to Instagram, and tagging Dianne in it, Joe wrote: "Never felt a love like it [loveheart emoji]" He then revealed that the baby was called Bowden Mark Richard Sugg and was welcomed into the world on Monday, March 16. The pictures included a close up on the newborn fast asleep as well as a black and white snap of Dianne enjoying some skin to skin with him while in a hospital bed. The third image showed proud dad Joe carrying the baby in a car seat, more than likely on his first ever journey home. The post was liked by many of the Strictly family, including Nadiya Bychkova and Amy Dowden.

Amy enthused: "Utter perfection. So happy for you both, welcome baby Bowden! I can't wait for cwtches xxxx."

Nancy Xu added: "Auntie Nancy can't wait to meet you, welcome to the world my beautiful angel. CONGRATULATIONS MY D D and @joe_sugg."

It Takes Two host Janette Manrara penned: "The best news!!! Congratulations my gorgeous girl. So happy for you and @joe_sugg. The most beautiful moments in life are to come."

Dianne and Joe first met each other in 2018 when they were paired together on Strictly Come Dancing.

The couple shared that they were expecting their first child last September. The announcement, which was posted to social media, was set to the tune of Elton John's classic, Tiny Dancer.

In the video, the couple were seen painting a picture of themselves alongside a stick-figure child. Joe said in the comments: "Our little baby boy. We cannot wait to meet you."

The pregnancy didn't stop Dianne from competing in Strictly and she made history as the first expectant mother on the show - However, cruel trolls criticised her for her decision to continue dancing despite doctors advising that it was safe for her to do so.

The TV personality has kept her followers updated over the months, regularly filming content with her influencer partner for their social media accounts as they navigate their journey towards becoming first-time parents.

In a recent post, where she cradled her bump, Dianne wrote: "So in awe of what my body has been able to do during pregnancy I always thought I would struggle mentally with the changes to my body but actually it's made me appreciate it more than ever before. Can't wait to meet you darling boy".
