Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy issued this order following a petition from Reliance Industries Limited and Jio Studios, expressing concerns over potential copyright infringements and unauthorized distribution of the film across digital and cable platforms. The producers emphasized that early piracy could lead to significant financial losses for the film.

Director's Plea to Viewers Aditya Dhar's Request for Spoiler-Free Viewing

On March 18, director Aditya Dhar appealed to viewers not to disclose spoilers on social media after watching the film. In a heartfelt message shared on Instagram, he expressed gratitude to the audience, stating, "To my dearest, most extraordinary Dhurandhar family, since its release on December 5, 2025, you didn't just watch our film; you embraced it. You appreciated every subtle detail, debated every moment, and rewatched it, noticing things I never imagined anyone would."
