According to the Islamic calendar, if the moon is visible on the evening of March 20 this year i.e. 2026, then the festival of Eid will be celebrated on March 21.

Inside the Haramain shared a post on its ‘X’ (Twitter) account on March 19, in which it was informed that today the moon of Shawwal 1447 Hijri was not visible anywhere in the entire state.
It is further written that today i.e. on March 19, the month of Ramzan will complete 30 days and Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Friday i.e. March 20, 2026.
