The stir has once again intensified in the politics of Bihar. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s gestures and body language during his ‘Samriddhi Yatra’ have given new political signals. Anyway, Nitish Kumar is known for his actions and then dealing with them. Within three months after winning the assembly elections, he joined the Rajya Sabha.

Since then there has been an earthquake in the politics of the state. There is constant speculation about who will be the next Chief Minister of Bihar. Amidst these speculations, Nitish Kumar is also giving answers through his signals every day. However, there has been no official confirmation yet. Meanwhile, once again a signal has been given by Nitish Kumar. This time, as a gesture, he has patted the back not of Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary but of another leader. This picture of his has again made the matter interesting.

Signs changed in Munger, eyes on Lalan Singh also

During the program organized in Munger, Nitish Kumar not only patted the back of Samrat Chaudhary but also publicly encouraged Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh (Lalan Singh). This scene was special because till now the CM’s gestures were being considered only towards Samrat Chaudhary.

Political analysts believe that this is not just a general gesture but can also be a strategy to maintain balance within the party. Lalan Singh is counted among the senior leaders of JDU and has a strong hold in the organization.

First Emperor Chaudhary was getting signals

Earlier, in the meetings of Bhagalpur, Jamui and Nawada, Nitish Kumar had several times placed his hand on the back of Samrat Chaudhary and signaled him to move forward. In Jamui, he had openly said that ‘he will look after the future work’, which led to speculations that Samrat Choudhary could be the future Chief Minister.

Lalan Singh patted his back on stage, Vijay Kumar Sinha missing

Trying to show unity on stage

In the meeting held in Lakhisarai, the Chief Minister asked all the senior leaders present on the stage, including Vijay Kumar Sinha, to stand up and raise their hands. Holding Vijay Sinha’s hand, he called him and gave a message of solidarity.

This step clearly shows that the party leadership currently wants to give a signal of collective leadership instead of putting forward any one face.

Political message or strategic balance?

There are many discussions in political circles regarding these changing gestures of Nitish Kumar. Some experts consider this to be a strategy to ‘maintain suspense’ on the issue of succession, so that any kind of dissatisfaction does not develop in the party. While some believe that this is an attempt to keep the leadership possibilities open before the coming elections.

Is the suspense still intact?

After the recent developments, it is clear that the picture regarding the post of CM in Bihar is not completely clear yet. Nitish Kumar has once again indicated that time and circumstances decide the final decision in politics.

At present it is certain that the party wants to move forward by maintaining a balance between leaders like Samrat Chaudhary, Lalan Singh and Vijay Sinha. But the question of who will be the successor of the Chief Minister is still open and this suspense may deepen further in the coming days.
