Materials:

  • 1 cup fine semolina
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of rice flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp celery
  • 1 tbsp hot oil (for mohana)
  • Water (for kneading the dough)

  • For this, first of all take semolina, maida and rice flour together in a bowl.
  • Add salt, ghee and hot oil to it and mix well.
