Haryana actress Anjali Raghav Waist Touching Case: The case of touching the waist of Haryanvi actress Anjali Raghav during the live show has once again gained prominence. Anjali Raghav has sent a complaint to Haryana Women Commission and made many sensational allegations against Bhojpuri singer-actor Pawan Singh. In this case, the Haryanvi actress has also sent evidence to the Commission through e-mail.
Anjali Raghav said that recently she mustered the courage to complain after the strict attitude of the Women Commission in the case of rapper singer Badshah. Anjali said that that day on the first stage in Lucknow, Pawan Singh touched her waist inappropriately. This was inappropriate behaviour. Not only this, later social media and media platforms were used in a planned manner to defame him. The actress says that due to this reason she lost the role of Sita in Delhi Ramlila.
Anjali said that Pawan Singh’s PR team gave me continuous threats. It was said that my social reputation would be harmed and defamed. Many fake and objectionable posts were made against me. False stories and rumors were also spread about me through some regional media platforms. Due to these incidents I had to face mental pain and social humiliation. This affected my work also. I had been playing the role of Mata Sita in Delhi Ramlila for a long time. That character was taken away from me. Which was to the last wish of my late mother. Some people ostracized me and my family, which led to depression.
Remove derogatory posts from social media
Anjali Raghav, in her complaint sent through e-mail to the Chairperson of Haryana State Women’s Commission, said – Instructions should be given to immediately remove the derogatory posts and false propaganda going on against me on social media. Anjali said- I broke my silence and made the information about this incident public through my Instagram account. After this Pawan Singh publicly apologized to me on social media. At that time the matter seemed to be calmed down.
Cyber police did not take action
He further wrote in the complaint – I filed a complaint with Cyber Police Delhi against the concerned Instagram accounts and media platforms, but the objectionable content has not been removed yet. The Commission should immediately remove the objectionable posts and false interviews. Also, a public apology should be made to the people concerned.
Sita’s character was snatched away
It was further written in the complaint – I used to play the role of Mother Sita in various Ramlilas since the age of 16. Created identity through this. After this controversy, this character of mine in Delhi’s Ramleela was snatched away.
There was controversy in Lucknow program
A few months ago I went to Lucknow for the promotion of one of my songs. There Bhojpuri singer Pawan Singh touched me on the stage without my permission, the video of which was also made viral on social media by his team.
