Today is the day that Skoda will finally be revealing the pricing of the new Kushaq facelift in India. Now, before the official launch, you should know each and everything about this upcoming SUV, and that’s why we are here to help you.
Here are all the details of the new Skoda Kushaq, of what will be new about its design, features, and all the variants that will be on offer. So, without any more wastage of time, let’s start.
2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift details
Firstly, let’s talk about the powertrain options of the newly facelifted Skoda Kushaq. It will be offered with the same 1.0-litre, turbo petrol, three-cylinder motor, which will make 115 PS and 178 Nm of torque.
As standard, it will get a 6-speed manual gearbox. However, the 6-speed torque converter will be replaced by the 8-speed AISIN automatic gearbox, which will offer a smoother driving experience and improved fuel efficiency.

Next up on offer will be the time-tested 1.5-litre TSI EVO, four-cylinder motor, which is one of the most favourite powertrains amongst enthusiasts. This time around, however, there will be no 6-speed manual gearbox on offer. The new Kushaq facelift will only be offered with the 7-speed DSG gearbox.
Exterior design changes

Like all other mid-life facelifts, the exterior of the Kushaq has been changed extensively. It now gets a much sleeker and elegant-looking set of LED headlights, a new and larger grille, connected LED DRLs, and a brand-new front bumper. Additionally, the 16- and 17-inch alloy wheels have also been changed. As for the rear, it gets a set of new LED taillights with a connecting light bar in the middle, with illuminated Skoda lettering, and a new rear bumper.
Inside, Skoda has retained the overall dashboard layout. However, it has added a bigger 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, a panoramic sunroof, and a first-in-segment rear seat massage function. Other notable highlights include a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, ambient lighting, and many others.
Variant-wise details

The Skoda Kushaq facelift will be offered in 5 variants, namely Classic+, Signature, Sportline, Prestige, and Monte Carlo. It has to be mentioned that historically, Skoda has launched the Monte Carlo variants of its cars after the launch of the standard model. However, this time around, it will be offered from the launch itself.
Classic+ (Base variant)
There will be a single powertrain option of the 1.0-litre turbo, which will be offered with both gearbox options. As for the key features, they will include 6 airbags, a single-pane electric sunroof, 16-inch alloy wheels, new LED lights, sequential turn indicators, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, climatronic auto AC, rain-sensing wipers, a rear wiper, a defogger, and optional front parking sensors. It will get a 4-year warranty, 4-year RSA (Road Side Assistance), and 4 free services (Supercare package).
Signature
The second-base Signature variant of the Kushaq facelift will get all the same features as the base Classic+. However, it will also get bigger 17-inch Vega silver alloy wheels, a digital instrument gauge cluster, the bigger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and front parking sensors as standard.
Sportline

The mid-range variant of the Kushaq facelift, on top of the features mentioned above, will get 17-inch black alloy wheels, full LED headlights, and the bigger digital instrument gauge cluster and touchscreen.
Prestige
The second-top variant of the Kushaq facelift will be the variant which will get both the 1.0-litre and the 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine options. Apart from these, the major feature upgrades will be a panoramic sunroof, 40+ safety features, the 10.25-inch digital instrument gauge cluster, which is called the digital cockpit, and a more premium interior.

Monte Carlo

Lastly, the Monte Carlo top-of-the-line variant will be offered with both the powertrain options. In terms of the exterior design highlight, it will be getting a dual-tone styling and 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels (1.0-litre) and Sagittarius alloy wheels (1.5-litre), a panoramic sunroof, and many others.
