- Knowing that the soul is immortal reduces fear.
- Focus on the duty without worrying about the result.
- Keep your mind calm and move forward with faith and patience.
Sometimes in life we feel fear. Everyone experiences fear in life. But if you feel afraid every time or doing everything, then it is necessary to correct yourself in time. Oftentimes, when fear takes hold in our mind, gradually our confidence starts to decrease, which affects our personal and professional life. A little fear keeps us alert and safe, but too much fear lowers our confidence and prevents us from moving forward. That is why it is important to reduce the fear in our mind at the right time. If we bring it to mind, we can drive away the fear in our mind. On the same situation In the Bhagavad Gita Some verses have been written which guide how to overcome fear. This teaching of Lord Krishna strengthens the mind and helps us to build courage in life.

1. The soul never perishes.
“Nainam Chhindanti Shastrani Nainam Dahti Pavkah…”
This verse explains that the soul of a person is never destroyed. The body perishes but the soul remains immortal and when we realize that our true form can never be erased, our fear automatically starts to subside.
2. Focus on your duty
“Maa Faleshu Kadachan by Karmanyeva Vikharan…”
This verse means that we should focus more on our karma and not on its fruits. When we do our work without worrying about any consequences, the fear of failure also disappears.
3. Keep your mind still
“Yogastha Kuru Karmani…”
This verse tells us that it is important to keep the mind calm and balanced without expecting fruit. When the mind becomes still, the effect of fear begins to diminish. As a result, we become ready to make the right decisions.
