Material
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup ripe melon (mashed)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons rose syrup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons soaked sabja (basil) seeds
- Ice cubes
- Chopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios)

- First mash the ripe melon well or blend it gently to make a smooth pulp.
- Take cold milk in a large bowl and add sugar to it and dissolve it well.
- Now add the prepared melon pulp to this milk and mix well so that the taste of both becomes harmonious.
- Then add rose syrup and cardamom powder and mix gently. This will give the sherbet a nice aroma and attractive color.
- Add the soaked sabja seeds and stir gently again.
- Now add ice cubes or chill the sherbet by keeping it in the fridge for some time.
- When serving, pour into a glass, top with dried fruits and garnish with a little rose syrup if desired.
