The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the answer key, response sheets, and question papers for the CBT-1 examination conducted under the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) recruitment drive for 2026. Candidates can now cross-check their answers and, if they identify any errors in a question, they may also raise objections against it. This entire process is conducted online, and candidates can avail of this facility only within the stipulated time frame.

When was the exam held?
The ALP recruitment examination was conducted from February 13 to February 18, and subsequently on March 11, 2026. A large number of candidates participated in this examination and were eagerly awaiting the release of the answer key before the announcement of the results.

Procedure for Raising Objections
If a candidate identifies any discrepancy in the answer key, they may object to it. A fee of ₹50 per question has been prescribed for this purpose. If an objection is found to be valid, the fee paid by the candidate will be refunded.

Candidates can utilize the facility to view the answer key, download response sheets, and raise objections until 5:00 PM on March 26, 2026. Thereafter, the link will become inactive; therefore, it is crucial to strictly adhere to the specified deadline.

First, visit the official website and access the login link. Next, enter your registration number and date of birth. Upon logging in, your answer key and response sheet will appear on the screen, which you can then download and save for future reference.

What is the Selection Process?
The ALP recruitment process typically comprises a two-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT). This is followed by a Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT), document verification, and a medical examination. Candidates who successfully clear all these stages are selected for the final recruitment.
