Aam Panna
Aam Panna is everyone’s favourite. Its tangy taste tastes very delicious. The biggest benefit of drinking it in summer is that it protects from heatstroke, improves digestion and cools the body. To make this, raw mango, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar or jaggery will be required. Boil the raw mango and take out its pulp. Add mint, spices and sugar to it and blend it. Add cold water and serve.
Lemon Sherbet

Lemon water, whether sour or sweet, provides great relief in the heat. Lemon is rich in Vitamin C, which gives instant energy. To make it, lemon juice, water, sugar and black salt are required. Mix all these things well and add ice and drink it chilled.
Sattu Sharbat

To make bael sherbet, pulp of bael fruit, water, jaggery or sugar will be required. First of all, mash the wood apple pulp in water and filter it, then add sweetness to it and cool it.
Peppermint Sherbet
