Samsung is going to launch two new 5G smartphones in its mid-range segment in the Indian market tomorrow (25 March 2026). These will include Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 models. The prices of both the smartphones have been revealed in a hands-on video ahead of the launch. Last week also, their design and some specifications were seen in another leaked video.
According to this, these new handsets will have features like 5,000mAh large battery, 45W fast charging and 50MP rear camera, which will make them special in the budget smartphone segment. According to leaked reports, both the phones will come with 6.7-inch 120Hz display, Exynos chipset and One UI 8.5 (Android 16). Let us now know about their price and other details.
Price of Samsung Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 (expected)
As shown in the video, the Galaxy A37 (8GB + 128GB) is priced at around VND 10,990,000 (₹39,000) and the Galaxy A57 (8GB + 128GB) is priced at around VND 12,490,000 (₹44,400) in Vietnam. For comparison, the prices of the previous models were as follows: Galaxy A36 – VND 8,290,000 (approximately ₹29,400) and Galaxy A56 – VND 9,990,000 (approximately ₹35,400).
According to the Thailand leak, the Galaxy A57 (12GB + 256GB) could be priced around THB 17,999 (₹51,000) and the Galaxy A37 5G (8GB + 256GB) could be priced around THB 13,999 (₹40,000). Talking about the box contents, as per the information shown in the video, the box only includes USB cable, SIM ejector tool and documentation, that is, extra accessories will not be available.
Expected Specifications and Features
Both the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 have a slightly changed design and slimmer profile compared to their predecessors. The camera module now has a raised step-like finish, while the island design around the buttons remains. The Samsung Galaxy A37 is expected to use the Exynos 1480 chipset, which will replace the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC used in the previous model. It features a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,200 nits of brightness. The handset is also said to have a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging support.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A57 is said to have a metal frame and will be powered by the new Exynos 1680 chip. It is expected to have similar display specifications with a 6.7-inch 120Hz panel.
Both the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 phones can run on One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and are expected to get up to six years of software updates. The camera setup on both devices may include a 50-megapixel main sensor at the back, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro camera, along with a 12-megapixel selfie shooter. The phone is expected to support video recording up to 4K at 30fps.
