Man posing as internet provider flees with woman’s gold chain in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A man posing as an internet connection provider fled with a homemaker’s chain in the Hafeezpet area under the Miyapur Police station limits on Monday, March 23.
The man reportedly approached the victim while she was alone at her house, then proceeded to threaten her with a knife and sprayed pepper spray at her before fleeing with a 40-gram gold chain.
A robbery case has been registered, and further investigation is underway, the police said.
