The episode begins with the manager at Anupama’s new job asking her how she managed to work so quickly and provide good results. Anupama smiles and tells him that housekeeping is common for any woman who has lived for years in a joint family. The manager praises her, then tells her to continue the work, and she will soon be promoted to a more permanent position.

At her job, she trains the new staff while Rossi accompanies her. The staff also inquire about how she knows so much, and Anupama has a flashback of Anuj. She comments that she has experience handling a big house, which makes everyone smile. Rossi taunts Anupama and tells her this is only a temporary position for her.

Mahi says that she wishes to leave the houseThe scene shifts to the Kothari house, where the family seems to be arguing and talking about Gautam’s behaviour. Vasundhara tells Mahi to understand Gautam one more time, while Prem, Rahi , Prerna and Khyati say that this should not be the case. Anil comments on how Vasundhara believes that everyone other than Gautam has shortcomings.

Mahi says that it is best if she is kicked out of the house as she does not wish to stay with Gautam any longer. While Vasundhara tells her that it is up to her to leave, Khyati intervenes and says that Mahi will not be the one to leave. Rahi also announces that if Mahi leaves the house, so will they.

Mahi and Rahi later talk about the matter and how Mahi does not wish to stay with Gautam. She also tells Rahi that she regrets hurting her and Anupama. Gautam walks into the room and picks Pranshi up, saying that the two of them are badmouthing him in front of his daughter. He slips and Pranshi is about to fall, but Rahi saves her. She tells Gautam that he should not touch Pranshi without her permission.

Ranvijay serves a notice to DigvijayDigvijay comes to meet his lawyers at Anupama’s hotel, leaving her surprised. He discusses the notice about Ranvijay trying to claim that Savi Villa is his, though the lawyer reassures Digvijay that he is the sole owner and that Ranvijay cannot do anything. Digvijay announces that he will leave everything in Bose ’s name, who can decide what to do with everything if things go wrong. Anupama relates to the pain of your own children betraying you as she watches him from afar.
