Buckwheat flour halwa: You must have often seen that people eat buckwheat flour halwa during fasting. Its consumption helps in providing energy to the body during fasting. But many people do not know the correct way to make buckwheat flour pudding. In such a situation, here we have brought for you an easy recipe of buckwheat flour pudding. Material
Buckwheat flour – 1 cup
Desi Ghee – 1/2 cup
Sugar/Jaggery – 3/4 cup
Water – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped nuts – cashews, almonds, pistachios
Method of preparation
Fry dry fruits: Heat one spoon ghee in a pan and fry the chopped dry fruits till they become light golden and take them out separately.

Frying the flour: Add remaining ghee in the pan and add buckwheat flour. Fry it on low flame while stirring continuously.

Adding water: Now slowly add lukewarm water into it and keep stirring with the other hand continuously so that lumps do not form.

Add sweet: When the flour absorbs water and the halwa starts thickening a little, then add sugar or jaggery to it. After the sugar melts, the pudding will be a little loose, cook it again until it thickens.

Finishing touch: Now add cardamom powder and roasted nuts. Add one more spoon of ghee on top, this gives great shine and taste to the halwa.

Serve: When the halwa starts leaving the sides of the pan, turn off the gas.
