Ranveer Singh's latest film, Dhurandhar 2, is making waves at the box office! Portraying the characters Hamza Ali Mazari and Jaskirat Singh Rangi, this spy thriller has been raking in impressive numbers since its debut. Under the direction of Aditya Dhar, the film launched with a remarkable Rs 102.55 crore on its opening day, following Rs 43 crore from paid previews. After just eight days in theaters, Dhurandhar The Revenge has amassed a staggering Rs 674.17 crore in India, surpassing the lifetime earnings of Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2, and Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava.

As reported by Sacnilk, the film has achieved an impressive Rs 805.32 crore in gross collections within India. When factoring in its international earnings of Rs 261.92 crore, the total worldwide collection reaches an astounding Rs 1,067.24 crore.

In just eight days, the film has outperformed the lifetime box office records of Jawan, Stree 2, and Chhaava. Jawan earned Rs 640.25 crore, while Vicky Kaushal's film made Rs 601.54 crore, and Stree 2 collected Rs 597.99 crore.
Ram Gopal Varma's Take on Dhurandhar 2

Recently, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma expressed his views on X, stating that Dhurandhar 2 is not only breaking box office records but is also 'nuclear bombing' the very foundation of Indian cinema. He emphasized that it would be a grave mistake to overlook the significant impact that @adityadharfilms has made in redefining Indian cinema.

Dhurandhar The Revenge serves as a sequel to Aditya Dhar's 2025 film, Dhurandhar. The cast includes Ranveer Singh as Hamza/Jaskirat, Arjun Rampal as Major Iqbal, Sanjay Dutt as SP Chaudhary Aslam, and R Madhavan as Ajay Sanyal. Danish Pandir reprises his role as Uzair Baloch, while Rakesh Bedi plays Jameel Jamali and Sara Arjun portrays Yalina Jamali.

Following its theatrical release, Dhurandhar 2 will be available for streaming on JioHotstar. The first installment of the series is currently accessible on Netflix.
