Bread Sandwich
Required Materials:
- Bread slices – 4
- Cucumber – 1
- Tomato – 1
- salt pepper
- green chutney or mayonnaise
Method of making:
First of all, mash the potatoes well and add salt and black pepper to it. Now apply chutney or mayonnaise on the bread slices. Spread the potato mixture over it and place cucumber and tomato slices. Place another bread on top and press lightly and the sandwich is ready.
2. Sprouts Salad
Required Materials:
Sprouted Moong – 1 cup
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1
lemon juice
Salt and Chaat Masala
How to make?
Take sprouts in a bowl. Add onion and tomato in it. Add salt, chaat masala and lemon juice on top and mix well. This protein-rich healthy salad is ready instantly.
3. Dahi Chaat
Required Materials:
- Curd – 1 cup
- salt, roasted cumin
- Tamarind Chutney

How to make Dahi Chaat
Take curd in a bowl and add salt, cumin and tamarind chutney on top of it. Finally add sev and serve immediately. This recipe is a good mixture of both taste and health.
4. Oats Fruit Bowl
Required Materials:
- Instant oats – 1/2 cup
- milk or curd
- Banana, Apple, Mango (any fruit)
- Honey
Method of making
Soak oats in curd or milk for 10-15 minutes. When the oats become soft, add chopped fruits to it. Add honey on top and mix. This is a healthy and filling breakfast.
5. Peanut Butter Banana Rolls
Required Materials:
- Bread – 2 slices
- peanut butter
- Banana – 1
Method of preparation:
Cut the edges of the bread and make it thin with a rolling pin. Now apply peanut butter on it and place a banana in the middle and roll it. Cut it into small pieces and serve. Both children and adults like it.
