Under the direction of Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma and under the supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police Anil Kumar and Area Officer Duddhi Rajesh Kumar Rai, police station Duddhi took immediate action against the person who made objectionable comments on social media.
In the case, a person had made an inflammatory post/tweet on a social media platform making objectionable remarks against a particular community, which was likely to affect social harmony. Taking cognizance of the above incident, investigation was conducted by Duddhi police station.
During the investigation, after identifying the concerned person, on 26.03.2026, the accused Shivam Kumar son of Mahesh Prasad, resident of Ward No. 09, Town Duddhi, Police Station Duddhi, District Sonbhadra was arrested and necessary legal action is being taken.
