Consuming amla and carrot in daily diet is very important. Vitamin C present in amla is very beneficial for hair and skin. Consuming amla carrot chutney in daily diet is beneficial in getting relief from problems like low blood pressure, blood deficiency, eye disorders and immunity. Amla and carrot chutney should be consumed to reduce tiredness and weakness in the body. This chutney keeps well for a week. Materials:

  • Amla
  • carrot
  • Udid dal
  • Chickpeas
  • Green chillies
  • Dry red chillies
  • Garlic
  • Kiss of wet coconut
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • tamarind
  • Coriander
  • salt

Action:

  • To make amla carrot chutney, first wash the amla and carrot with clean water. Then peel the carrot.
  • Cut the amla carrot into fine pieces. This will make a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast Udid Dal, Chana Dal in it. After it turns red, add chopped chillies, red chillies, garlic cloves, onion, amla, carrot and cook for a while.
  • Add all the roasted ingredients coriander and tamarind, wet coconut kiss in a mixer bowl and mix the chutney finely.
  • After that, add salt to taste and mix again through the mixer. The prepared chutney goes well with bread or chapati.
  • Amla carrot chutney made in a simple way is ready.
