JPSC CSE 2026 Exam Date: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has announced the date for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2026. Candidates can view the detailed schedule by visiting the official website, jpsc.gov.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online starting in April. The examination will be conducted in two shifts across various districts of Jharkhand on April 19, 2026.

Exam Date
The JPSC CSE 2026 Preliminary Examination will be held in two shifts on April 19, 2026. The first shift—General Studies (Paper I)—will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while the second shift—General Studies (Paper II)—will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Biometric and iris verification will be conducted for all candidates; therefore, it is mandatory to reach the examination center on time.

Admit cards can be downloaded online starting April 8, 2026. To do so, candidates will require their registration number, email/phone number, Candidate ID, and password. In case of any issues, candidates may contact the JPSC helpline (8929883832), which will be available on working days from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM until April 18.

Important Instructions for the Examination
Required Documents: Bring your admit card, attendance sheet, the photograph submitted during the application process, 4 self-attested color photographs, and a valid photo identity card.
Arrival Time: Reach the examination center by 08:00 AM for the first shift and by 01:00 PM for the second shift.

Verification Process: Biometric and IRIS verification is mandatory at the examination center.

Filling the OMR Sheet: Carefully read the instructions provided on the admit card and the OMR sheet; use only a blue or black ballpoint pen. Prohibited Items: Bringing mobile phones, electronic gadgets, bags, books, loose papers, valuables, food items, or weapons into the examination center is strictly prohibited.
Candidates with Disabilities: Candidates requiring a scribe must visit the examination center at least three days prior to the exam and submit a written request along with a medical certificate; the Center Superintendent will make the necessary special arrangements.
