Gold Silver Price Today: Fluctuations in gold and silver prices are evident in the domestic futures market on Wednesday, April 1. While gold is displaying strength, silver has declined. At the time of writing, gold futures contracts with an expiry date of June 5, 2026, were trading on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) with a gain of approximately ₹588.

On the MCX, gold futures opened at ₹1,51,427 (per 10 grams). On the previous trading day, gold had closed at ₹1,50,761 on the MCX.

Silver Prices

On the MCX, silver futures with an expiry date of May 5, 2026, were trading at ₹2,39,193 (per kg), down 0.71 percent—or approximately ₹1,699. Silver opened the trading day at ₹2,39,257. During the day's trading session, silver touched a high of ₹2,40,612.

In Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai, 10 grams of silver is currently selling at a rate of ₹2,550. Meanwhile, customers will have to spend ₹25,500 to purchase 100 grams of silver.
