Fatigue and weakness:
If you always feel tired, weak in your body, you may have symptoms of anemia. Lack of blood in the body is very dangerous for health. After the lack of blood, the energy in the body decreases due to fatigue. Also, due to other diseases, there is a possibility of feeling fatigue and weakness in the body. After anemia, symptoms such as fatigue, weakness along with yellowness or shortness of breath, constant dizziness, increased heart rate etc. are seen. Sometimes the hands and feet become very cold due to the low blood level.
What foods to eat to increase blood:
If there is a deficiency of blood in the body, you should consume nutritious foods in your daily diet. Drink regular beets or beet juice. Also, drinking pomegranate juice helps to replenish the blood. Drink carrot and beet juice to reduce fatigue and weakness. Apart from this, eat 2 or 3 dates regularly. Due to this, consumption of food increases the blood in the body. According to Ayurveda, jaggery and chickpeas are advised in case of blood deficiency. Eating jaggery and chickpeas regularly for a month will increase blood flow and reduce fatigue.

Eat a pomegranate regularly in the morning to increase blood. Apart from magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, K, iron is found in large quantities in pomegranate seeds. Pomegranate is advised to eat in case of low hemoglobin. Along with this, fruits, vegetables, leafy vegetables and other nutritious foods should be consumed in the daily diet. Consuming fenugreek leaves helps in blood circulation.
